Has anyone made a customized report for TNEW auxilary form questions?
I'm using the auxilary field questions in TNEW for a camp application. Currently the questions show up as a CSI (ALL IN ONE FIELD).
I want to separate the questions so that they are in separate fields when I export the data from Tessitura.
Please help!

You can still separate your answers in Excel.
Each question should come out separated by 2 spaces from the previous answer e.g
What is your name?:Tess Age?:15 Country?:USA
1) Use Find and Replace on these double spaces in your CSI column, replacing with some character like * or % to create a delimiter (to tell Excel where the next cell will start).
2) Then on the Data Tab, select Text to Columns on the ribbon. Select Delimited radio button (not Fixed Width) then click Next.
Select Other from the Delimiter options and type the character you used in the Find and Replace above and deselecting the other delimiter types like Tab. The preview will show you how it is going to look.
Click Next and you're finished!

Actually, it occurred to me you're saving the CSI Tracking report to Excel so you will see questions on different lines in the same cell so there might have to do a couple of extra steps unless you get hold of someone's report, I'll send you an email

You should be able to use the Text to Columns feature in Excel to split the column, here is a quick run through, attached.
