We have MC70 scanners. I think a couple of them did not get put on the chargers and went dead. Now they don't remember how to interface with the trigger. I think there is a setting somewhere in Windows Mobile but I can't seem to find it.
If anyone knows where to go to turn the trigger back on, please respond.
Thanks,

Hi Hawana, I’m not sure if this will help, we have the MC75 units. It may be that the scanner dropdown has been reset? Try opening the N-Scan application, click Tools and then select Admin Settings. You will be prompted for a password. After entering the password, go to the System tab. Beneath the URL for the N-Scan service there should be a line called scanner, the dropdown setting should be set to symbol. It’s worth a try! Cheers! Dumb question but have you tried a cold reset yet? I've had problems with these scanners before (notably the backlight going out) and the only solution is to cold reset it with the button combo. No mix of soft restarts, battery removal or shutdowns besides the cold reset seems to help.
