We have recently moved to Tessitura V12.1.2.
We are having intermittent problems with Extractions.
We have opened a TASK ticket.
However, we are wondering if folks are running into situations where extractions are failing on the step "Calculating phones, addresses and salutations." This is not happening on every extraction. However, extractions of greater than about 20 thousand members from our database of more than 3/4 million accounts fail. This step is sometimes taking up to 30 minutes.
Any insights would be helpful.

I'd like to point your attention to a relevant hotfix, just published this week, and available in solution #82 of the Version Upgrades and Patches workspace on TASK. The two affected functions were updated in response to issues related to extractions and User Defined Output from a List, but the positive effects will likely be felt in many different reports.
