Ticklers - Assigned To Names - Security?

Hi Sheila, try by making the users (say assignors) ‘Manager’ of the group of the users to whom they (the assignors) want to assign task, from Tess Security Module.  Hope this helps.

What controls who can assign tasks to certain individuals? I have a user assigned to both in security, shows up for me within ticklers when I sign in as administrator or as a ticketing attendant.  However, others signing in as the same are not seeing the individual on the drop down.

Thanks, the strange thing is the user asking for this is  not a manager of any group, but is able to assign ticklers. We’ll try that though.
