Since doing a Windows upgrade/re-install of everything on our Box Office PCs, I've lost the ability to print logos on tickets (using a previously working ticket design with a .pcx image). The logo area just comes up blank. Is there something I need to do with my printers to get this going again? I think my predecessor set this up previously.

Was the logo pcx file stored locally on the workstations? It's also possible for configuration of the logo files to live in the local INI file.
If everything was configured in T_DEFAULTS and lives on your client share, then the above wouldn't matter, but I'd start there for troubleshooting.
Thanks, I've got T:\TicketImages\ as the PCX Path, and the PCs have access to the shared T:\
