We just recently began having an issue printing our SSRS reports. InfoMaker reports are fine. When clicking the printer icon on the SSRS report, nothing happens. We are on RAMP and I have double checked our Connection Properties and all the settings in Security and cannot find an answer. Any Hints on what I am missing?
Thanks,
Janna
Hi Janna;
We had the same issue i put in a support ticket and found out it is a known issue with printing SSRS on workstations that are running Internet Explorer 11. Something in the way the two programs interact keep the Print Menu from popping open within the application. The workarounds are to either use the Ctrl+P command to print the pages, or to save as a PDF and then print the PDF.
The best way i found was to save a pdf and print it.

We've run into the same, and found that uninstalling IE 11causes an automatic reversion to IE 10 (on Windows 7 at least). After the reboot we go to "About Internet Explorer", uncheck "install new versions automatically", and we're back in business.
I think the inability to print is linked to compatibility mode in IE. We deployed some new PCs's and couldn't print or install the client print controller. After changing the compatibility mode settings in IE the print button appeared and we were able to install the client print controller.
Hi All,
We were having the same issue with our new Citrix server, even running the client locally on the server. We followed Chris' advice, uninstalled Internet Explorer 11 on the server, reverted back to IE 10 and printing started working for SSRS both locally and through the Citrix client.
Best, MJ
