Is it possible to copy a constituent's record? In order to key in the name of a child's parent, I have to open up a new constituent record and key in the same information again before I can create an Association. Does anyone know a shortcut?

There is a shortcut for organizations, but not households/individuals as you describe. The organization shortcut works when you open an organization account, then add an affiliation. You can type in a name, then click "Create Constituent" and it will copy the org's primary contact info, I believe.
