Forcefully Rejected

Hopefully I'm missing something obvious.

Since yesterday I'm getting a "forcefully rejected" error when trying to process any credit card in our test environment. I checked the cc_server_port value in t_defaults and it's the same as the server port in the cc_server.ini. I've stopped and restarted all servers in the TPA tray. No firewall settings have been changed. Checked the user and pword it's using, and that works fine.

Anyone know any other reasons transactions would be forcefully rejected?

In TPA client, go to the Merchant Setup. There is an ecommerce indicator that you can set. It’s looking for that value which isn’t set by default. I can’t remember if I had to set up a new merchant or if I changed the Direct Mail merchant and I can’t get to my test system to check for you. I hope this gives you a clue!
