Hopefully I'm missing something obvious.
Since yesterday I'm getting a "forcefully rejected" error when trying to process any credit card in our test environment. I checked the cc_server_port value in t_defaults and it's the same as the server port in the cc_server.ini. I've stopped and restarted all servers in the TPA tray. No firewall settings have been changed. Checked the user and pword it's using, and that works fine.
Anyone know any other reasons transactions would be forcefully rejected?
Have you restarted the Tessitura CC Server as well?
I see this every so often and restarting Transcend, then the CC server has taken care of it (so far) for me.
