Random seat appearing on seat map

Hi

Suddenly there is a random seat appearing on the seat map for one specific concert. I have been into facility manager and for that concert's zone map, the seat doesn't appear on the housemap, zone map, hold code map etc etc. For all other concerts using that zone map, the seat doesn't appear. It's unassigned.

Any words of wisdom or should I open a ticket?
