Conneciton failure

We have a computer running windows 7 that continues to have connection failures. Last one was when she tried to open a record from the general search screen.  Other times anywhere within the application.  We have even changed her computer out.  Any suggestions as to what might cause these connection failures?

Thanks,

Bobby Moseley

I would drop her user and then add her again.

    Here are $0.02.

You might check the network cable, change the computer to a different switch port.  Or move the computer to a different network port and see if the problem moves with the computer.
