We just went live on Monday with v16. It's been a rough week, but the biggest issue is that none of our reports are sticky anymore! And for the reports that I only run twice a year and can never remember how, the sticky memory was nice because I could just change the date and run the report.
What am I supposed to do now?!

I also voted! Non-sticky parameter sets for reports make me sad.
