We just went live on Monday with v16. It's been a rough week, but the biggest issue is that none of our reports are sticky anymore! And for the reports that I only run twice a year and can never remember how, the sticky memory was nice because I could just change the date and run the report.
What am I supposed to do now?!

In a lot of cases it's not as convenient as "sticky" report parameters, but in v16 you can save "parameter sets" for exactly this purpose. On the plus side, if you run a report in a couple of different configurations you can save all of them as different parameter sets and quickly jump between them.
