We've found that each time we install a new service pack, all of our custom saved formulas get wiped out. Is there a step we're missing so that these don't need to be recreated whenever we upgrade?

Hi Michael - we went from 15.2.31 to 15.2.37. My users have reported that this is not the first SP install that has done this.
