We've found that each time we install a new service pack, all of our custom saved formulas get wiped out. Is there a step we're missing so that these don't need to be recreated whenever we upgrade?

Hi Michael - we went from 15.2.31 to 15.2.37. My users have reported that this is not the first SP install that has done this.
Going from 15.2.34 to 15.2.35, we lost all our created dashboards for a few days. They were able to get them back in full (with custom formulas), but it was stressful for a few days!We're heading into 15.2.37 in a few weeks, so we'll see if that has any issues.
Thanks Nate and Michele. Nate, you are saying Tess was able to restore your dashboards and custom formulas moving to .35? I was thinking to export my .dash files but there are quite a few!
I don't remember if we lost custom formulas as well. But they were able to bring back our dashboards. It took us a while to check and double-check, but we didn't end up losing any.
Thanks Nate. Glad to year it! I imagine you would have quite a bunch of custom formulas. We are sort of in a similar boat where we will be moving from .35 to .37 in the next couple of weeks as well.
