Hi there,
Bit of a strange one! For some reason this week, all my figures/results in Analytics pivot tables are in a peculiar Times New Roman style font!
I've tried rebooting and also tried on different machines, still get the Times New Roman font. I'm using the web-based version of Analytics rather than accessing through Tessitura itself.
See the attached image below. Any ideas gow to get back to the regular analytics font in pivot tables?!
In my experience, unwanted font faces, especially serif fonts for some reason, stem from CSS misconfigurations/ bugs. I'd recommend opening a support ticket.
Thanks Chris
Hi James,
I just heard that this happened to at least one of our consortium users this week as well. Did you ever find a solution?
She is also finding that if she changes the font style in a text widget to italics, it then also changes that to Times New Roman. It's certainly strange!
Thanks!Christine
Hi Christine,
It is indeed very odd! I worked out that I only got the strange font in pivot tables if I was using the Google Chrome web browser. If I use the Microsoft Edge browser then it is the usual analytics font.
However, there are others in my organisation using Chrome without the strange font issue!
I did raise a ticket with tess so they are aware of the anomoly!
Thanks
James

Chrome always renders fonts its own way. Our PAH tickets look different (i.e. worse) in Chrome than in any other browser. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯
