Ticket count issue

Please help me understand how Ticket count works in the Seats and Tickets cube of analytics. It's not pulling same data as in the canned Attendance by performance report (even accounting for the fact that analytics only updates once overnight). The count is right in a 123 indicator widget (Total Ticket sales) but not a pivot table widget (Pricetype breakdown- which also isn't showing all the pricetypes). What am I missing? We have another attendance dashboard using Ticket count and it's off too.
