Analytics not showing "Available" seat status

Hi everyone,
 
I’m not sure if this is a support issue or a user error on my part, but I’m trying to create a bar chart that shows purchased vs. available capacity for a community series where each night/venue has a different seating capacity.
 
Right now, I have this set up with a value of Unique Seat IDs with “break by” set to Seat Status. Only Reserved, Unpaid / Reserved, Paid / Ticketed seats are showing up, but not the numbers of unsold seats.
 
Am I doing something wrong, or is it possible that my organization’s Tessitura set-up is somehow flawed at the event build level?

    Is this for assigned seat performance or general admission? In the past, my experience was that analytics won’t work for remaining capacity and holds of general admission shows.
