Update User Transaction Field?

Hi, all! We're relatively new to Tess, so I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question. 

Our CEO is asking for a report of all touch points on orders for this fiscal year done by certain members of our staff.  I was able to create a sales report, but am having issues with the other because it's more transaction based than sales based - so I can't just use the solicitor field.  Is there a field in analytics that would filter by userid or user location? (As are seen on the history tab within the order).  Or has anyone found a solution that may work for this kind of report request?

  • Hi Lindsey.  I use the Single Sales Orders Listing report and export it out to Excel.  This gives me a ton of data for each order including “create by” user and “create update” user, etc..  I’m not sure if it will give you what you’re looking for, but it works a treat for me.
