Hi, all! We're relatively new to Tess, so I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question.
Our CEO is asking for a report of all touch points on orders for this fiscal year done by certain members of our staff. I was able to create a sales report, but am having issues with the other because it's more transaction based than sales based - so I can't just use the solicitor field. Is there a field in analytics that would filter by userid or user location? (As are seen on the history tab within the order). Or has anyone found a solution that may work for this kind of report request?
