Struggling with how to pull new-to-file (first-time buyers) in Analytics. I've seen a couple other threads which touch on this topic, but no suggested solutions have seemed to work for me. I'm also still relatively new to how Analytics works with all the data, functions, calculations, etc.
What I'm working with is a season-at-a-glance type dashboard, filtering on current Tessitura Seasons, but little else (other 'Include All' filters are in place.) I'm just looking to add a widget to pull first time buyers, and nothing I've tried/found so far has done the trick.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Herb!The best solution I've seen for this is to identify them in a list and use that list to filter the widget, but I've also had some success on Performance level dashboards with using the "First Performance Name" data point to get a sense of how many people.
