Total Ticket Sales - All Fiscal Years. Lower than expected.

Hello All,

We are trying to build in Analytics total ticket revenue since the beginning of time and the data is just not adding up. I went with out of the box Tessitura dashboard Seats and Tickets -> Performance Sales and just included all fiscal years. Am I missing something? Is there a setting for total ticket revenue that I'm not pulling in?

    Hi Nathaniel,

    Not sure how long you folks have been on Tessitura, but wondering if the T_DEFAULTS setting 'Finance Fiscal Years Back' might be causing you an issue.  If I recall correctly, this setting decides how many years back a full load will look at....so if it isn't set as '0' (everything) or a number that goes enough years back, this might be why you aren't seeing everything from the 'beginning of time'.  Just a thought!
