We are trying to build in Analytics total ticket revenue since the beginning of time and the data is just not adding up. I went with out of the box Tessitura dashboard Seats and Tickets -> Performance Sales and just included all fiscal years. Am I missing something? Is there a setting for total ticket revenue that I'm not pulling in?

Hi Nathaniel,Not sure how long you folks have been on Tessitura, but wondering if the T_DEFAULTS setting 'Finance Fiscal Years Back' might be causing you an issue. If I recall correctly, this setting decides how many years back a full load will look at....so if it isn't set as '0' (everything) or a number that goes enough years back, this might be why you aren't seeing everything from the 'beginning of time'. Just a thought!

In the Seats and Tickets cube, the Ticketing Fiscal Years Back setting in T_DEFAULTS determines how far back to look, and as with the Finance Fiscal Years Back, setting it to 0 includes all history. Also in T_DEFAULTS is Include Imported Tkt History, which, when set to Yes, will include ticket history data not originated in Tessitura into Analytics, so long as that data is within the scope of the Ticketing Fiscal Years Back setting. When adjusting these settings to include more historical data, a full data load will be necessary to bring that older data - not picked up by an incremental load - into Analytics.
Beyond that, please reach out to the Tessitura Support team to further troubleshoot.
