We are still fairly new to Analytics. Does anyone have a dashboard they could share with me that reports on renewed vs. new subscription packages? Currently in my dashboard I use list to filter renewals vs. new subscriptions, but I am noticing the lists are not pulling in all of the sales resulting in our an understatement of our total. In other words the lists I am using are not correct, but I have tried almost everything to correct them with no luck. When I toggle the filter to enable and disable the lists I am off by almost $100K.
Instead of filtering by lists has anyone been able to use a different filter to report on renewals vs new subscribers?
I appreciate any insight or guidance.

Hi Dan,
If you are using Subscription Summaries, maybe the existence of a summary can delineate renewals vs. new, or are maybe the specific statuses or types could provide a distinction. Constituency Codes or Appeals are also good alternatives for distinguishing between new and renewed. All of these can be used in Analytics to segment the seats and revenue values.
If you continue with Lists, which is a viable approach used by many, then I think we just need to sort out what's not working with those criteria, and a Support ticket will be the best next step.
