Hello!
I'm wondering if there's a way I can get Analytics to create a lovely chart/graph of when we should expect payments and the amount of the payment for pledges that span multiple years. I can see the values for Current Amount and Future Amount, but that's not descriptive enough.
Hoping someone else has found the magic answer. Thanks!
Hi Elizabeth,
Payment schedules and other such receivables are not currently available in Analytics. The Finance cube is limited to transactions that have already occurred. To help with future receivables, those numbers are mostly available in aggregate as you've already discovered. There is an enhancement request already logged to consider how future receivables could be integrated into that data source as individual placeholder transactions with projected transaction dates.
