Hello!
I'm wondering if there's a way I can get Analytics to create a lovely chart/graph of when we should expect payments and the amount of the payment for pledges that span multiple years. I can see the values for Current Amount and Future Amount, but that's not descriptive enough.
Hoping someone else has found the magic answer. Thanks!

This "might" be helpful, at least as a start:
In this widget, I added Calendar Month Sort from Contribution Date to my "Rows" (thinking that pledge payments might line up with the initiation month, though that's not guaranteed), then Contribution Current and Future Amounts as my "Values," and Campaign Start Date Fiscal Year to my "Columns" to achieve what you see above.
Again, it's not 100% perfect because I'm not directly grabbing the pledge payment dates (and I'm not sure it's possible to do so), but it can at least start with ballparking some numbers.

Payment schedules and other such receivables are not currently available in Analytics. The Finance cube is limited to transactions that have already occurred. To help with future receivables, those numbers are mostly available in aggregate as you've already discovered. There is an enhancement request already logged to consider how future receivables could be integrated into that data source as individual placeholder transactions with projected transaction dates.

My team wanted this too, so we ended up pulling out the pledge billing table (T_SCHEDULE) into our data warehouse to analyze separately. You could potentially build a custom Cube for this in Analytics, although I've never tried, but if you have access to your database a few lines of SQL can produce a workable Excel sheet for Pivot Tables and charts.
I'd also love to see this available in analytics and great to hear it's in the works. Is there a timeframe available for when we'll be able to see future receivables in the finance cube?
