It's Analytics day for me so a second question!
I set up a pulse alert to email myself and a colleague once a certain number of tickets had been sold. The alert worked in that I could see it in my alarm bell at the top right hand of the Analytics screen, but it did not email to me or my co-worker. We both have an email address associated with our Tessitura user record, have logged into Analytics, and have an overlapping user group. I created the dashboard where the widget lives and have shared it with her. What is the missing piece to get the alert to email us?

Hello Jess,
On the Analytics Web server, in C:\Program Files\Sisense\PrismWeb\vnext\iisnode, you should find a corresponding entry for each email attempt that looks like this:134.687 [2019/12/10 17:56:42.854] [51796],[INFO] [mailSender-v1]: [mailSender.sendMail sending mail: Bcc: cwallingford@tessituranetwork.com]
You can also look in the nodeJSlogs.log in C:\ProgramData\Sisense\PrismWeb\Logs
Any clues there? If you'd like some help, you can include those files when you open a support ticket and we'll be glad to look into it further with you.

Thanks! I will track down these logs and open a ticket.
