I have a staff member in Marketing who has identical access & Security Rights as other staff members, but her Analytics is grayed out. I am trying to trouble-shoot the problem. The only thing that is different, that sticks in my head, is that she is using a Mac. I know that Analytics is web-based.
Is this a thing? Any advice or things to check??
Has she tried logging in on a pc or using Tess on the Go?
I use a Mac daily and haven't had any issues. I'm on RAMP, however, so I don't know if that has any effect.
First, thank you both for the replies. We had been sharing screen shots back & forth. I just visited her in person...she had been trained (scared?) into only using TEST as to not mess up settings, so she was always logging in to TEST. She is now good!
HA - we've all been there ... If it helps I'm always scaredAnalytics is her friend though. You really can't break anything. It's a data playground!
