Hi there,In the past week and a half, we've received feedback from various internal and external email recipients who are unable to load automated report PDFs. They all share the report does not load and the text is replaced with small dots or dashes. I am able to see the reports without any issues, but users, regardless if using a PC or cell phone cannot see the information correctly. I suspect it has something to do with their PDF reader being outdated. Two claim everything is up to date on their end..(but I am skeptical). Here's is an image of one of the ugly reports.Is this something anyone has noticed? Any solutions?
