Hello All,
Currently trying to share a dashboard to another user in the same group. Confirmed user has logged into Tessitura Analytics but when I go to share with her by searching her user name it states "Email Unspecified" below her name. When I manually type in her email it states "There are no users matching for this criteria".
What are we missing to share the dashboard with this user?

I believe that users must have an email address assigned in the Security module. I can't find it in the documentation but remember reading it at one point.

Are you both in the same user group or have a shared user group? Logging into analytics isn't enough. You both have to have a shared user group to be visible.

Maery is correct. Assign the email address in the securities module and you will be all set. Maery I do not think it mentioned anywhere. It was something I was going to submit a ticket on to get added to the sharing section of the documentation, but forgot too.
We have confirmed her email in the Security module and Tessitura has verified as well. We've also confirmed the user group is the same. We're going to sit with the user and copy an out of the box dashboard to share and see if she can see anyone's email. Still trying to understand why it's not picking up her email address.
