Appeal Response Report v Campaign>Appeal window: Discrepancy in Response rate

HI,

When I go to Campaign>Appeal and look at the header for my source I see 203 marked "successful".

But when I pull the Appeal Response report I get 212 responses 770 Tickets.

In T-Stats I get 210 orders 808 tickets....

Does anyone know what this discrepancy is due to? Or which figure should be used for performance reporting?

Documentation for the header states

Successful Contacts – The number of constituents who made a donation or purchase attributed to the sources in the appeal.

Documentation for the report states

number of responses (orders)

  • Ok i've figured out that the difference between the header and the report is that the header is the # of constituents - some who have made multiple orders so they are showing a higher number in the report, which totals numbers of orders, not constituents.

I'm still confused as to why the t-stats is getting fewer orders but more tickets than the report
