HI,
When I go to Campaign>Appeal and look at the header for my source I see 203 marked "successful".
But when I pull the Appeal Response report I get 212 responses 770 Tickets.
In T-Stats I get 210 orders 808 tickets....
Does anyone know what this discrepancy is due to? Or which figure should be used for performance reporting?
Documentation for the header states
Successful Contacts – The number of constituents who made a donation or purchase attributed to the sources in the appeal.
Documentation for the report states
number of responses (orders)
Ok i've figured out that the difference between the header and the report is that the header is the # of constituents - some who have made multiple orders so they are showing a higher number in the report, which totals numbers of orders, not constituents.
I'm still confused as to why the t-stats is getting fewer orders but more tickets than the report
