Hi all,
I am working on pitching the idea of T-Stats to our CEO (we are one of the 5% of the community not currently using it). He wanted specific examples of what we can pull differently with T-Stats than we can with reporting. I got a few examples that I could think of that we would use regularly, but I was wondering if anyone would mind sharing some of their favorite T-Stats discoveries or data results that have been eye-opening or even any that made your normal reporting tasks much easier? Any unique ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Your post makes me sad. I use T-Stats every single day and I have trained about a quarter of our full time staff to use it so they are using it all the time as well. It isn’t about finding one report in T-Stats that you like to use repeatedly it is about answering questions as they arise.
Crossover reports
Reporting on specific seats
Attendance trends
Zip Code Analysis
Sales days prior to perf
Financial capacities
Num Perfs
Segmenting sales by MOS or Channel or Solicitor
DOW analysis
Zone analysis
I suggest looking in the Conference Materials Archive and looking at the T-Stats P2P presentations over the last several years and plucking anything you like from those.
If you need someone feisty to talk to him about it you can have him give me a call.
Good luck!
Nicole

Believe me..it makes me sad to not be using it either. The examples you provided are very helpful. I am pushing to get this accomplished. This should help my cause.
Thanks!
