Campaign Giving Comparison query

Folks,

I'm running the Campaign Giving Comparison report comparing the 2014 End of Financial Year campaign against the 2015 EOFY campaign.  Group and Compare parameter set to Fund, Show Const Detail = Yes, Group by Household = Yes and Filter Giving = Gave to Group2, but not Group1.

I'm finding that a few households are being included with a curious, negative balance figure being displayed - the attached screenshot displays an example.  In this example, there is a contribution to the 2014 EOFY campaign attached to the household record and a contribution to the 2015 EOFY campaign attached to Pamela Broads record.

I can't work out:

  • why these records are being displayed - shouldn't they be excluded?
  • what the value of the negative value is made up of - it doesn't relate to the value of contributions associated with the two constituent records and the same value is displayed against all the records in this situation

Can anyone help me decipher this conundrum?
