I am looking for an alert that would pop-up if a constituent calls our Box Office. Would that be a reminder in the constituent's account?
Anyone that has had this situation?

There are several steps involved and the majority of the process involves editing a stored procedure and InfoMaker file. I’m happy to document it and share my code if you have someone within your organization who has access to the backend of the database and InfoMaker.
