The only other note I'd add that may be helpful is to remember that Affiliations are always from the point of view of the individual. For example, if I were affiliated to a Household, I would be an Adult Member of that Household. If I were affiliated to a School, I would be a Teacher at that School. If I were affiliated to a Corporation, I might be CEO or HR Director at that Corporation.
