How long did your upgrade take?  Trying to get a sense of production downtime.

Hi all,

It seems that all our CSIs have migrated to the A1 accounts in V11.  Is this expected?  Is there a mapping option or anything that gives more control over this?  I would have guessed that they would stick to the household accounts by default.
