Hi all,
It seems that all our CSIs have migrated to the A1 accounts in V11. Is this expected? Is there a mapping option or anything that gives more control over this? I would have guessed that they would stick to the household accounts by default.
Thanks!
Beth
Beth,
How long did your upgrade take? Trying to get a sense of production downtime.
Thanks
John

Our CSIs stayed with the household. I just took a quick look through the migration tables and did not find anything that would trigger the result you are seeing.
John,
I think all told ours took about 4 hours. That included backups and upgrading all three of our environments. I think that if you are looking for just production downtime and you have gotten any and all prerequisites taken care of a 2 hour window is pretty safe, or at least would have been for us. We have about a 40gb database so that gives you an idea. Again if you run into any problems then the timeline changes of course.
Thanks,
Dave Alton
