Optional address becomes address line 2?

We have used optional address to record information that appears above the street address line as shown below.

Since Optional Address is Street Address 2 will this account look like this in V11?

I am wondering what other folks are doing about this. Is there a way to make the V11 client show the address fields in the same order as V10?

  • Ray,

By user defined, do you mean we can define what order we want them to be shown in the client? It is the order of the lines, not the labeling on the lines that I am concerned about.

Hi Lou, if I remember correctly, those fields can be user defined or hidden.

I see that my images did not make it to the email.

Basically and address that looked like this in the client in V10:

    ,

    Salutation 1:                   Randy Hanzen

    Optional Address:           Roosevelt High School

Str Address:                   6600 West 4th Street

    Locale:                           Sioux Falls             SD     57106

Will look like this in the client in V11:

    Salutation 1:                   Randy Hanzen

    Street 1:                        6600 West 4th Street

    Street 2:                         Roosevelt High School

    Street 3:

    Locale:                           Sioux Falls             SD     57106
