Split payment with 2 credit cards

Hello,

I wanted to follow up in the Split Payment question we posted in the Roadmap workshop this morning. We are currently unable to set up split payment using 2 credit cards and it was mentioned that this is possible during the Roadmap workshop. Can someone please help point us in the right direction to set this up in Tessitura v11.4 as we are only able to use 1 valid credit card for the split payment option.

  • Are you referencing web purchases or split payments in the client by a user? If you are referencing, in the client, you would split the payment by simply inserting a new line in the payment window. In that line you would add the 2nd form of payment. If it is a credit card, you can authorize all cards at once by simply clicking the authorize button.
