v12 expiring price maps

Hi Gang:
We are not yet on V12, but in testing I've found a scenario someone must have confronted.

We have ticket price maps that expire, and one second later, a new map begins.  In these cases, our price in v12 shows a combined price for both price maps.  (a $200 price that is scheduled to change to $180 shows up at $380).

Other than manually changing the prices, has anyone been able to head this off in their transition from V11 to V12?

Thanks in advance for any information you might provide.

All the best,
Mark

  • This is indeed something that we are aware of and at some point we hope to change the all tab to accommodate such scenarios.  Pricing an order will work as expected.

I believe it is working as designed. Not sure how we check prices yet. IT is having a blast sorting out all of our price changes and custom reports in Test now,so it may be a while before we go live with V12.

Do you see any new reports that may help with proofing?

    Hi Nicole
So far it’s just in the price map setup. I’m not seeing it in the purchase path, but it begs the question: How does one check prices?
    Thanks for responding to this.

    Kindly,

Is it showing the combined price in the purchase path or just price map setup?
