Hi all!
Does anyone have a current system in place for deactivating or cancelling a lost membership card? If not, do you have any suggestions for stopping someone from claiming they lost a card, being sent a new one, and giving the old one to someone else to use (other than checking photo ID with membership cards)?
Thanks in advance for your time!

Hello Camila! This is Yessenia with Tessitura Network Support. I can see from our records that you also created a Support ticket for this matter. We discovered that could use a Pricing Rule message to trigger a pop up using CSI's. If you have any additional follow-up, questions, or concerns though, please let us know any time.
Hi Camila! I'm including one possible solution for this questions using Pricing Rule Messages below:
You could use a Pricing Rule message to trigger a pop up for your Box Office employee if a customer number is loaded that exists on a specific list.
So this would look something like:
This should allow you to enter a CSI when someone reports a lost or stolen Membership card and for the Box Office staff to get a popup message in the Orders Window as soon as they start processing a ticket for them - then they can ask for ID.
Alternatively, those using Access Control at the point where an ID would be shown, could use Access Control Patron Messages to do this on an Access Control device:
