Is anyone using Cuseum for digital membership cards? Would love to learn about any success stories or horror stories you might have. Did anyone look into Cuseum and end up going another route? Any information would be helpful - thanks!

Hello, Anne! After our trial run with Cuseum, we ended up developing our own digital membership cards. This gave us more control of the experience for guests and staff. Samantha (who is no longer with the museum, but lives always in our hearts...) presented on the project last TLCC. Hi Jennifer! Aside from wanting more control, were there any issues you had with Cuseum? Did you look at any other vendors before deciding to run things internally? We're looking at Cuseum and Museum Anywhere as potential vendors for digital member cards and looking for some real-life feedback from other orgs.
