Our sustaining members' monthly dues are processed using auto billing and they are renewed through the auto renewal functionality. I'm happy to talk about our process if it's helpful!

Hi Kathleen, We are looking to implement auto renewable memberships and trying to find a Tessitura organization that has memberships as a contribution and not in ticketing setup. Does your organization by chance sell memberships this way? Thanks, Ellen
Hi Ellen: We (San Francisco Museum of Modern Art) do an annual auto renewal (for just the last 1+ years) and we do it as a contribution. So far so good, though it has many nuances in the fulfillment process. Let me know if you are interested in speaking to our team. -Julie
