Hello all users, We'd like to flag in Tessitura whoever receive a membership card. Other than Promotions in Connections, is there a better place to reflect that particular mailing? Plans? Thank you.

I'm not sure if this is better, but you could set up a attribute called Card Sent (or something) with the date as the value. When you run the report to print cards, you can also save it to a list, and then use that to promote the attribute.

There is an out-of-the-box utility report called Manage Attributes that can accomplish this. We use it fairly frequently here to both, add and manage, our attributes. This answer is intriguing. From what you mentioned, is seems like you could upload a an attribute globally from a list? I actually don’t know Tessitura could do it. I only know if I used a promotion it does a global upload. I’d love to learn how to globally add an attribute to a list of records. Would you please advise?

It's a report in the Data Management folder -- Manage Attributes. It's very handy. The example below will add the attribute of "TA Mail list" to the records in the "$1000 donors" list. If they already have this attribute, it does not duplicate.
