Can anyone direct me to anything written down about why the Season Overview figures should be taken with a pinch of salt and not used as exact sales figures? I know I've read something but I can't for the life of me figure out where!

Thanks. We have no custom price type categories and I have manually run the SQL job update, the performance has been and gone so nothing is changing, yet the sold tickets plus comps don’t add up as they should.
