Our organization is exploring the possibility of using an email marketing service that is easily compatible with Tessitura promotions, etc. We were wondering if anyone could offer suggestions as to what they use and what they think works best.

As others have said, for a platform that integrates with Tessitura you are limited to Mail2 and Wordfly. I would suggest contacting both Pop and Lynch to setup a trial account with both so you can see which one you prefer.
I think they are both excellent but in the end I decided to run with Mail2 and have been pleased with that decision so far.
