Our organization is exploring the possibility of using an email marketing service that is easily compatible with Tessitura promotions, etc. We were wondering if anyone could offer suggestions as to what they use and what they think works best.
I should have added that we are currently using Kentico!
The only two email marketing systems that integrate with Tessitura that I’m aware of are Mail2 (from Lynch2) and Wordfly (from POP). There are a number of forums here on the topic of Mail2 vs. Wordfly – I would recommend searching through some of the past discussions. As others have said, for a platform that integrates with Tessitura you are limited to Mail2 and Wordfly. I would suggest contacting both Pop and Lynch to setup a trial account with both so you can see which one you prefer.
I think they are both excellent but in the end I decided to run with Mail2 and have been pleased with that decision so far.
