I am trying to run a report to tell me how many customers opted for Print-at-Home delivery method since we started this delivery method. Anyone have an idea of how I can run this data?
Single Sale Order Listing in the Ticketing Box Office Reports has Delivery Method as an option.
We ran this at our organization, but number of Orders and Number or Tickets were the same... Did this work for you?

If you have T-Stats, there's a section that you can add in the delivery method for any event you want, or for your entire Year. I love T-Stats!!!
Thanks Ryan but for you does it included Online sales? We are trying to figure out a number tickets we mail each year and this report only shows me my staff and no sales created online.

This sounds like an issue with your Web API not being assigned a location in TX_MACHINE_LOCATION. I was trying to find the knowledgebase article that talks about this but my computer isn't playing nicely with me at the moment. Once you've added the necessary rows to the machine location tables it should work like a charm.
