In House Outbound Direct Marketing departments

Hello-

I am looking for other Tessitura organizations who run an IN HOUSE, Outbound telemarketing/direct marketing department. 

I am from a non profit, performaning arts venue, and would like to maybe ask specific questions on some Tessitura practices.

    I have just taken over McCarter’s Outbound office and am trying to streamline our commission structure (rates and setting it up in Tessitura).

    Would you be interested in sharing your commission structure with me?

    We run on in house outbound telemarketing and telefunding room.  I am not sure what type of questions you have, but our callers are not using Tessitura.  I would be happy to answers any questions if I can.
